Your Role
As a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer, you will:
Marketing Coordination
- Develop and manage timelines for marketing campaigns and events (e.g., Gantt charts).
- Monitor and review reporting on campaign performance metrics such as CTR,
- CPC, and ROAS using tools like Google Analytics and Klaviyo.
- Execute loyalty program initiatives, including email campaigns and tiered reward structures.
- Coordinate and collaborate with ambassadors and influencers for promotional activities.
- Analyse data from social media and digital campaigns to refine strategies.
- Create and update sales presentations and other client-facing materials.
Graphic Design:
- Design visuals for social media, banners, promotional materials, and email templates.
- Align visual branding for events and sponsorships to reflect Valour’s identity.
- Develop corporate templates for internal and external communications (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations).
- Update and standardise brand assets, including stationery templates, event visuals, and product packaging.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Create and manage email flows, including seasonal campaigns, event follow- ups, and educational content.
- Localise email campaigns for different regions.
- Refresh email templates quarterly to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
- Build and execute dynamic segments for Klaviyo-based marketing initiatives.
Day-to-Day Administrative Tasks:
- Manage routine updates to marketing materials and reports.
- Conduct quarterly cross platform reviews and sustainability-aligned reporting.
- Coordinate automated reporting workflows through tools like Google Analytics.
- Respond to customer feedback and integrate insights into marketing strategies.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing metrics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
