Your Role
As a Marketing Administration Assistant, you will:
Member Success Support
- Support the Member Services Coordinator in onboarding, offboarding, and customer success tasks.
- Conduct weekly advisor reviews, track performance metrics, and share insights.
- Provide reporting and data for customer success and coach reviews.
- Back up support for onboarding and offboarding
- Support large group customer success through reporting metrics to track progress
Marketing Administration
- Update landing pages and analyze marketing data.
- Support the creation and distribution of EDMs in Salesforce.
- Assist the marketing team with promotional activities.
Growth Hub & Special Projects
- Provide administrative support for various growth initiatives.
- Execute tasks as assigned by the Growth Hub and Special Projects team.
- Event Management Administration
- Manage invitations, follow-ups, and post-event materials via CRM.
- Handle venue bookings, researching, and travel arrangements including flights and accommodation for team members.
Online Training Administration
- Register course completions, issue certificates, and track accreditation.
- Monitor Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and CPE certifications.
Annual Conference Coordination
- Assist with venue selection, budgeting, and event logistics.
- Manage invitations, registrations, and event materials.
- Oversee conference-related bookings, awards, and post-event documentation.
