Job Summary

This role is ideal for a designer who can work quickly without sacrificing quality, maintain organized design systems and files, and produce polished marketing assets across digital and print platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Account Teams, Digital Teams, and Production Teams to support a wide range of automotive marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative design skills with production expertise. This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Figma is a core requirement for this role. Candidates should be comfortable using Figma daily to create clean, organized files, reusable components, templates, design libraries, and production-ready layouts that support a collaborative agency workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Design digital and print marketing materials for automotive clients, including:

• Social media graphics

• Display advertisements

• Email campaigns

• Website and landing page assets

• Direct mail pieces

• Flyers

• Brochures

• Presentations

• Branded collateral

• Translate creative direction and marketing strategy into polished visual designs.

• Maintain brand consistency across multiple dealership accounts and campaign types.

• Prepare production-ready files for:

• Digital platforms

• Print production

• Internal reviews

• Client presentations

Figma Workflow & Design Systems

• Use Figma as the primary collaborative design platform for:

• Layout design

• Components

• Auto Layout

• Design systems

• Shared libraries

• Templates

• File organization

• Team collaboration

• Create and maintain organized, scalable Figma files.

• Develop reusable templates and design assets.

• Contribute to improving workflows, production systems, and overall team efficiency.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven agency environment.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Account teams.
• Incorporate revisions and feedback quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Strong understanding of:

• Components

• Auto Layout

• Shared libraries

• Design systems

• File organization

• Collaborative workflows

• Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual composition skills.

• Experience designing digital marketing assets and campaign creative.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced creative environment.

• Strong attention to detail and production accuracy.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design and production capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive, retail, or agency industry.

• Experience designing:

• Email campaigns

• Paid social media creative

• Digital advertising assets

• Print marketing materials

• General understanding of:

• HTML email structure and limitations

• Email marketing production workflows

• Traditional print production and file preparation

• Digital marketing asset creation

• Experience building scalable Figma libraries and reusable templates.

• Familiarity with modern production workflows and collaborative design systems.

• Understanding of responsive layouts and digital-first design principles.

• Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience is a plus.

• Interest in workflow optimization, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and modern creative technologies.
