Your Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Data Analyst), you will:
Data Collection & Reporting
- Pull campaign performance metrics from multiple systems, including:
- Matomo, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Marketo, Higher Logic
- & HubSpot
- Organize and compile data into standardized reports or custom templates for
- clients.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness before delivering final reports.
Support Campaign Performance Tracking:
- Generate reports for email campaigns, website performance, ad campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
- Deliver reports on schedule, with a focus on high-volume periods (e.g., the beginning of each month).
Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work with internal teams and across all specialty verticals to ensure reporting needs are met.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests in a timely manner.
Efficiency & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data-pulling processes.
- Collaborate with team members to evolve the role into one focused on more in-depth analysis as automation tools are adopted.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or coursework in data analysis or digital marketing are a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of data under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Higher Logic.
- Exposure to web analytics tools such as Matomo.
