Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Be the keeper and expert of our paid and owned channels including but not limited to Google ads, Meta ads, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.
  • The execution, performance and reporting of the paid & owned online channels across multiple platforms
  • Manage campaign performance and optimization, providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives across paid & owned channels.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across all campaigns on all online channels.
  • Manage campaign spends, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Schedule organic content across business & brand accounts.
  • Perform community management, including responding to comments, messages, and engaging with users to foster a positive brand presence.
  • Keep up to date with key social media trends and provide recommendations on content to the internal team.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor activity across but not limited to Google ads, Meta ads, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.
  • Work with data and analytics to provide dashboards and analytical insights to the organisation and wider teams.
  • Leverage first party data for targeting and insights
  • Coordinate assets, feeds and tags with agencies & internal teams and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively managing campaign execution
  • Media planning that supports our broader media strategy as set by our media agency, and partners.
  • Manage and deliver local advertising campaigns to support new stores and underperforming locations.
  • Support Franchisee advertising efforts as available, reporting and delivering insight into the perform

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 3+ years' experience working in the digital media buying & planning space with focus on paid social and search strategy and execution.
  • Tertiary level education, preferably in Communications or Marketing.
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, and Bing; and paid social.
  • Proven digital media buying & planning experience and success managing digital strategy and execution
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in organic social media scheduling & community management preferable but not necessary
