Your Role

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) featuring product features, how-tos, customer stories, behind-the-scenes, and educational sleep content.
• Create eye-catching graphics and animations using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write compelling, on-brand captions and copy that drive engagement and reflect our tone of voice.
• Manage content calendars and collaborate on campaign planning with the marketing team.
• Stay on top of trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep our content relevant and fresh.
• Interact with our community across platforms through DMs, comments, and shares.
• Research and write informative, engaging, and SEO-optimised blog articles on sleep, wellness, mattress care, sustainability, and lifestyle topics.
• Collaborate with the SEO and marketing team to align content with keywords, search intent, and campaign goals.
• Repurpose blog content into social-friendly formats (e.g. carousels, stories, infographics).
• Assist with website content updates when needed (e.g. product pages, landing pages, FAQs).
• Track content performance across social and blog channels using native analytics and third-party tools.
• Report monthly on reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions—and suggest optimisations based on results.

What You Need

• Skilled in visual and written content across social and blog platforms.
• Copywriting: Writes clear, engaging copy that fits brand tone and purpose.
• Platform Know-How: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Video Editing: Confident creating short-form video content using editing tools.
• SEO Basics: Able to write blog content with keywords and structure in mind.
• Analytics: Knows how to track performance and optimise content.
