Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
• Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
• Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
• Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources.
• Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
• Explore and apply new frontier ideas, concepts and technology to enable breakthrough solutions at Micron.
• Work with management, different departments, and global manufacturing sites to identify optimization opportunities and deliver solutions to continuously improve production metrics.
• Drive global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of optimization and simulation solutions in planning & operations
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent, with demonstrated strong programming and modeling capabilities.

• Preferred experience in the semiconductor industry, especially in semiconductor operations digital twin.

• Preferred experience in simulation modeling using discrete event simulation.

• Preferred experience in optimization modeling or Operations Research using mixed integer programming, linear programming, etc.

• Knowledge and preferred experience with cloud solutions, APIs, Git, and ETL.

• Preferred experience in Java, Python, SQL, HTML, C/C++, CSS, with demonstrated fast learning capabilities in programming languages.

• Strong problem-solving skills with structured and logical approaches, as well as clear and effective communication skills.
