Join our customer's team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping impactful marketing journeys and operational excellence. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and business operations to drive seamless campaign management, automation, and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, proactive professional who values clear written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize customer journeys and automated campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation with business goals.
  • Develop, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and maintain subscriber data, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing for ongoing team development.
  • Support business operations by identifying efficiencies and automating routine workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc.).
  • Strong background in business operations, with a focus on marketing automation setup and optimization.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting platform issues and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data management, segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset, using data to inform decisions and improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
  • Background in digital marketing strategy or CRM implementation.
