Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fullstack Software Engineer and make an immediate impact building robust, scalable web applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with talented professionals while leveraging modern technologies like React, Node.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Implement and optimize serverless architecture on AWS to ensure high availability and performance.
- Integrate, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases to support data-driven features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and unit tests, following best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion team learning and growth.
- Contribute to DevOps practices by improving CI/CD pipelines and refining deployment processes (nice to have).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with React and Node.js in production environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services, particularly within serverless architectures.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Availability to overlap with PST timezone by at least 6-8 hours daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Previous work with serverless computing frameworks on AWS.
- Background in cloud-first application design and delivery.
