Job Description

• Lead marketing operations initiatives across CRM, marketing automation, website platforms, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Manage lead routing, system integrations, platform implementations, and data migration projects.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes for campaign execution and lead management.
• Troubleshoot workflow, automation, and data-related issues while continuously improving operational performance.
• Partner with cross-functional and client-facing stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.
• Support documentation, process governance, and best-practice development across marketing operations.
• Evaluate and adopt new marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and business impact.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Demandbase, and Eloqua.
• Proven background in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, or MarTech.
• Experience working with US-based stakeholders and supporting US time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in marketing technology, integrations, workflows, automation, and lead management.
• Exposure to reporting, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise or global organisations.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or CRM architecture.
• Experience mentoring team members or driving process improvement initiatives.
