Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, brand campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives across multiple markets.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of New Product Development (NPD) projects, from market research to product launch.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Develop regionally adapted marketing content and messaging that align with local cultures, languages, and compliance requirements.
- Build and manage relationships with international distributors, agencies, and local partners.
- Establish the company as a thought leader through strategic content marketing, media, and event participation.
- Oversee budget management, performance tracking, and ROI analysis for all marketing and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international marketing regulations, including data privacy and labeling laws.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development, with at least 5 years in the FMCG or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of success in international markets and multicultural environments.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to apply business modeling to marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
- High adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Passionate about innovation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
