Job Description

• Own and evolve the company's visual identity across video, motion, animation, and static design.
• Create launch films, product demos, motion graphics, animated explainers, and campaign assets from concept to final delivery.
• Own the full video production process, including concept development, storyboarding, shooting/directing, editing, sound, and colour grading.
• Create product animations including UI walkthroughs, agent and data visualizations, logo animation, and brand motion.
• Develop visual systems, templates, formats, and creative guidelines that create a distinctive and recognizable brand.
• Turn complex technical products, benchmarks, and AI capabilities into clear and engaging visual stories.
• Deliver creative assets across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, events, and other digital channels.
• Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners when additional production support is required.
• Continuously explore AI-powered creative tools and emerging formats to improve creative quality and production efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, motion design, video production, or a related field, ideally within technology, SaaS, AI, or developer-focused environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience across video, animation, and static design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience with C4D, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong visual taste with a sharp eye for typography, composition, colour, motion, and detail.
• Comfortable using AI creative tools to accelerate production while maintaining a high creative standard.
• Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or external creative partners.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Highly self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Genuine interest in AI, AI agents, technology, and the developer ecosystem.
