Marketing Operations Specialist - Demandbase & Salesforce

Job Description

• Own hands-on marketing operations execution across Demandbase, CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Manage lead routing, workflow automation, MarTech integrations, platform implementations, and data migrations.
• Build and maintain scalable processes and best practices across campaign and lead management.
• Troubleshoot marketing operations processes, integrations, and workflows while contributing to process documentation and improvements.
• Explore and help introduce new MarTech platforms and technologies while supporting exploratory projects.
• Work as a Level 4 Senior Specialist individual contributor, delivering hands-on solutions while providing peer mentoring where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 4 years of relevant experience or education within Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on Demandbase and/or Salesforce expertise is the key requirement for this opening.
• Strong background across CRM and Marketing Automation, with Salesforce exposure highly relevant.
• Experience supporting US or other international clients is preferred, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with lead management, automation, integrations, analytics/reporting, data management, and MarTech workflows.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and highly detail-oriented and structured.
• Certification in email marketing or a Marketing Automation Platform is preferred/relevant to the role.
• Demonstrated interest in continuous development across digital marketing, data analytics, and emerging technology tools.
