Job Description
- Own and manage the Japan marketing strategy, with potential future oversight of Korea and Southeast Asia.
- Lead annual marketing budget planning and ensure cost-effective spending aligned with business targets.
- Develop integrated brand campaigns, PR initiatives, and CRM strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Google/Yahoo platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and deliver insights for optimization.
- Create and manage content across social media platforms, as well as influencer and live commerce programs (where relevant).
- Coordinate online and offline event marketing (trade shows, exhibitions, promotions).
- Oversee merchandising and creative execution for online platforms, including web layout, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align on brand and category marketing.
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of marketing experience in consumer-facing industries, ideally with luxury, interior design, or premium consumer goods.
- Strong experience in both brand marketing and digital performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Able to manage multi-channel campaigns, from strategy to execution and analytics.
- Skilled in budget management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Fluent in Japanese with strong English communication skills (business level or higher).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and premium products.
