Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage, dairy, or FMCG industries.
- Ability to thrive in a lean team environment and take ownership of projects from strategy to execution.
- Highly independent and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer insights
