- Drive OEM/ Own Brand consistent identity and equity across international markets.
- Lead innovation from insight-driven product ideation to successful global launches.
- Drive growth, manage brand P&L, optimize portfolio mix, and deliver strong ROI.

The Successful Applicant
- Has 10-15 years in brand strategist with of FMCG marketing experience across global or domestic markets.
- Proven leader with direct P&L ownership and a sharp eye for driving profitable growth.
- Expert in innovation and NPD, from consumer insight to successful product launch.
- Inspiring team builder with a track record of developing high-performing marketing talent.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
