The Global B2B Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement across international markets. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and regional teams to deliver measurable business impact and ensure consistent global execution.

Description

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the global B2B marketing strategy for key technology segments.
  • Align marketing initiatives with global sales priorities and annual revenue targets.
  • Define and track KPIs that measure marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead the creation of integrated, multi-channel campaigns (events, digital, content, PR) tailored to key markets and customer segments.
  • Oversee account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value customers and partners.
  • Partner with product marketing to ensure technical messaging resonates with decision-makers, specifiers, and influencers.

Sales Enablement & Alignment

  • Work with regional sales teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and technical presentations.
  • Ensure sales has the tools, content, and training needed to convert leads into opportunities.

Digital Marketing & CRM Integration

  • Partner with the CRM Specialist to design lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and targeted communications.
  • Leverage HubSpot and other platforms for tracking campaign performance and optimising engagement.
  • Oversee LinkedIn and other B2B digital channels for targeted awareness and lead gen.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Ensure the brand's Professional segment positioning is differentiated and premium in all touchpoints.
  • Capture and share voice-of-customer insights to inform product development and marketing.

Global & Regional Coordination

  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to localise global campaigns and ensure consistent execution.
  • Manage the global B2B marketing budget for the Professional segment.
  • Facilitate best-practice sharing between regions to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

Profile

Mandatory:

  • 7+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in technical, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven global or multi-region marketing leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle in B2B (specification, tender, procurement, delivery).
  • Experience working closely with sales and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and ROI.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
  • Event and trade show strategy experience.
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary of approximately £70,000 to £75,000 per annum.
  • Remote working with 2 days a month in the office. You must be based in the UK.
  • Benefits include pension contribution and healthcare options.
  • 25 days holiday allowance excluding Bank Holidays.
