Description
Own the website: Manage CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), optimize UX, build landing pages, and implement conversion tracking.
Lead SEO + Paid Strategy: Execute technical/on-page SEO, manage Google Ads/LinkedIn campaigns, and drive qualified traffic and MQLs.
Launch eCommerce: Collaborate with product and commercial teams to define and roll out online transactional or lead-gen flows.
Run analytics & optimize: Track KPIs, interpret funnel behavior, and deliver actionable insights that boost performance.
Manage email workflows: Build nurture campaigns, newsletters, and automation journeys that keep audiences engaged.
Profile
5+ years in digital marketing with strong UX instincts and a metrics-first mindset.
Expert in CMS tools, Google Ads, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
Comfortable launching and scaling digital infrastructure in a growth-stage environment.
Bonus: DTC-style chops applied to B2B/B2B2C audiences.
