About Our Client

Our client is a growing international brokerage seeking a hands-on technology leader to own the stability, scalability, and performance of its global trading infrastructure.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO & Board of Directors, you will lead the firm's technology operations function and be accountable for:

• Production operations and availability of the firm's MT5 trading environment
• Trading infrastructure, execution connectivity and platform performance
• OneZero / PrimeXM bridge infrastructure
• Liquidity provider and FIX API connectivity
• Cloud, network, database and security infrastructure
• Incident management, disaster recovery and business continuity
• DevOps, automation and platform reliability initiatives
• Leadership of infrastructure, DevOps, networking, database and support teams supporting a 24/7 operations

We are specifically interested in technology leaders who have operated within:

• Retail FX Brokerages
• CFD Brokers
• Multi-Asset Trading Platforms
• Digital Asset Exchanges
• Electronic Trading or Market Infrastructure Firms

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Should Have

• 8+ years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure or Technology Operations
• Leadership experience within a brokerage, trading or financial markets environment
• Proven ownership of mission-critical, client-facing trading systems
• Strong experience supporting MT5 and/or MT4 production environments
• Experience managing 24/7 technology operations and incident response
• Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
