Associate Director of Digital Marketing
Digital Strategy & Execution
Architect a multi-channel digital strategy across web, email, paid media, content, social, and eCommerce.
Optimize the customer journey from first touch to final conversion.
Lead development of a digital education platform in collaboration with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
Oversee digital infrastructure, including CMS, analytics, SEO, and platform integrations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists: content, creative, and digital marketing managers.
Build a collaborative, performance-driven digital culture that values experimentation, creativity, and accountability.
Partner across departments to ensure alignment with business goals and product priorities.
eCommerce & Platform Development
Launch and grow a new eCommerce channel with a focus on UX, merchandising, and scalability.
Optimize platform performance and conversion in line with customer insights and analytics.
Brand & Creative Direction
Guide digital brand expression across platforms and campaigns, ensuring visual and tonal consistency.
Work closely with creative leads and agencies to bring compelling digital experiences to life.
Analytics & Optimization
Own digital KPIs: traffic, engagement, conversions, leads, and ROI.
Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making using GA4, HubSpot, CMS tools, and beyond.
Profile
Associate Director of Digital Marketing
7-10+ years in digital marketing with demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams.
Proven expertise in digital ecosystems: web strategy, SEO, paid media, eCommerce, UX, and analytics.
Experience building or scaling digital platforms (e.g., eCommerce, education/training, content hubs).
Strategic thinker with strong creative and UX instincts.
Deep knowledge of digital tools and performance optimization.
Bonus: Background in applying DTC strategies in B2B or B2B2C settings.
