Key Responsibilities:
1、Brand Strategy & Development:
-Develop and drive the overall brand strategy for Seekbot from 0 to 1, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
-Lead the creation of compelling brand positioning that resonates with both parents and kids,focusing on technology, safety, fun, and education.
-Continuously evaluate and refine the brand’s messaging and visual identity to maintain
consistency and relevance across all channels.
2、Market Research & Consumer Insights:
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities,and emerging industry developments in the kids' tech space.
-Leverage consumer insights to inform the brand’s product offerings and marketing initiatives.
-Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer-driven insights that guide product features and innovation.
3、Campaign Management:
-Draft the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and traditional media.
-Develop creative briefs and collaborate with agencies, designers, and other internal teams to create engaging, kid-friendly content that appeals to both parents and children.
-Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and reflect the brand's core values, while driving engagement and sales growth.
4、Digital Marketing Leadership:
-Lead the development of digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, websites,apps, and influencer partnerships.
-Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted online advertising (PPC, display ads),email marketing, content marketing, and social media engagement.
-Stay on top of emerging digital marketing trends, especially within the kids' technology and wearable sectors.
5、Partnerships & Collaborations:
-Identify and foster strategic partnerships with key players in the kids' tech, parenting, and
entertainment industries.
-Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to amplify brand visibility, particularly in communities that cater to parents and young families.
-Explore co-branding opportunities with trusted brands to extend Seekbot's reach and credibility.
6、Customer Experience & Advocacy:
-Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey across all touchpoints, from discovery to
purchase and after-sales service.
-Champion customer satisfaction initiatives, collect feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the Seekbot brand experience.
-Build and nurture a community of brand advocates, parents, and tech-savvy families who are excited to share their experiences with Seekbot.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
-Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative
environment.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and success.
-Set clear performance metrics and OKRs, and track progress regularly to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
7、Budget Management:
-Oversee the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
-Track spending, optimize expenditures
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the wearable tech or kids’
consumer goods industry.
Strong background in leading marketing teams, managing large-scale campaigns, and
driving brand growth.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, SEO,PPC, and email marketing.
Exceptional creativity with a deep understanding of how to engage both parents and
children in the tech space.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns for better
performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Family oriented father or mother is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the wearable tech or consumer electronics industry.
Familiarity with regulatory considerations and safety concerns surrounding kids'
products.
A passion for technology and innovation, especially in the kids' wearable market.
