We’re now looking to onboard a hands-on individual with the drive to support all brand activity - including leading email marketing and CRM, contributing to creative development across owned and earned channels, and supporting media strategy - all while helping to build impactful campaigns and grow with our fast-paced, purpose-led business.
The Role
This role sits at the heart of our marketing team, reporting directly to the CMO, and is ideal for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution, and contribute to the strategic vision of a fast-growing global brand.
You’ll manage a variety of touchpoints: from writing EDMs and developing CRM journeys to briefing designers and media partners to helping shape campaign strategies for market growth in the various markets in which we operate.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Develop and implement EDM campaigns across customer segments. Own the copywriting, journey logic, and reporting for all email and social marketing efforts.
Campaign Management
Support and deliver monthly themed campaigns across channels, ensuring cohesion between digital, PR, radio and partnerships.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (creative agencies, printers, media partners, influencers) to keep projects moving and on brand.
Platform Messaging
Maintain brand tone and clarity across web, email, and social comms. Translate business strategy into compelling consumer messaging.
Creative Development & Execution
Initiate the creation and coordination of marketing/communication assets (EDM’s, social, digital, print), liaising with internal teams, designers and media suppliers to ensure best-in-class output.
Growth Activation
Support local penetration initiatives in key markets including coordinating local/cultural event marketing, QR-based offers, and retail-facing promotions.
Reporting & Optimization
Track key marketing KPIs, report on campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize impact and spend.
Brand Custodian
Ensuring all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications reflect the CommunityRewards voice, values, and visual identity consistently across every touchpoint.
