Marketing & Growth Manager – Hyper-Personalized Outreach
We are hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager to build a signal-based outbound system that generates real, qualified leads.

Job Type: Full-Time/Contract
Hours: 8am - 4pm (PST)
Salary: Rs 5.5-7 lakhs per annum
Job Responsibilities-
1. Signal-Based Lead Research & Database Building
- Manually research and build highly targeted prospect lists based on buying signals (e.g., compliance needs, certifications like ISO 9001/45001/27001, ISO 13485, R2v3 audits, growth events, operational risk indicators)
- Identify and map key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- Continuously refine lead lists based on response data and conversion patterns
2. Hyper-Personalized Outreach Campaigns
- Design and execute fully personalized outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Craft messaging based on deep company research, industry context, and trigger events
- Own end-to-end outreach execution: drafting, sequencing, sending, and iteration
- Continuously optimize messaging based on reply rates and engagement signals
3. Conversion & Performance Ownership
- Focus on generating qualified replies, booked meetings, and pipeline opportunities
- Track outreach performance metrics (reply rates, conversions, engagement quality)
- Iterate strategies weekly based on data-driven insights
- Take ownership of improving outreach-to-conversion efficiency
4. LinkedIn & Content Support (Demand Amplification)
- Create and schedule LinkedIn content to increase visibility and reinforce outreach credibility
- Align content with ongoing outreach themes and target buyer pain points
- Assist in blogs or thought leadership content when strategically relevant to campaigns
5. Mindset & Execution Expectations
- Operate like a growth operator, not a task executor
- Move fast, learn quickly, and pivot based on response data
- Treat every outreach cycle as an experiment to improve conversion
- Bring proactive ideas to improve targeting, messaging, and results
Qualifications Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, research, consulting, or outbound sales.
- Strong ability to research companies deeply and identify business triggers or buying signals
- Ability to understand B2B services and translate them into customer pain points
- Analytical thinking to identify patterns in outreach performance and improve results
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn sales navigator, email outreach, and AI tools (Claude Cowork, Gemini, Notion)
- Experience with Canva or willingness to quickly learn simple marketing design tools
- Strong organization skills for managing multiple campaigns and prospect lists
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, personalized, and persuasive messaging
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment where strategies evolve quickly
- High attention to detail, especially when building and maintaining structured lead databases
- Strong ownership mindset—able to independently manage tasks from research → execution → tracking
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or growth marketing
- Exposure to consulting, compliance, or technical industries (ISO, ESG, risk, audit, etc.)
- Experience working in small teams or startups where roles are flexible
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or LinkedIn growth strategies
