We work with e-waste recyclers, manufacturers, software companies, and medical device firms to make sustainability and compliance a whole lot simpler.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on sides of marketing, is comfortable working with ISO standards, and is passionate about building meaningful campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build comprehensive databases of potential client companies, including decision-makers and key contact info.
- Plan and execute mass email campaigns—from drafting and sending to performance tracking and optimization.
- Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn content to increase brand visibility and promote services.
- Design marketing flyers and promotional materials aligned with our brand using Canva.
- Format and edit Word documents to meet professional standards and branding requirements.
- Define clear success criteria and performance metrics, and regularly report progress to leadership.
- Focused on achieving results and able to quickly adjust strategies when things aren’t working as planned.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with both marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and goals.
- Take full ownership of assigned marketing projects and contribute new, creative ideas to drive outreach and impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or analytical role, with a strong understanding of email campaigns and social media platforms.
- Proficient in creating presentations, Google suite, Microsoft Office Suite and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop impactful marketing materials and strategies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
