About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Lead/Manager to serve as the critical link between HQ’s global marketing strategy and our regional market activations.
In this role, you will not only understand and localize HQ’s integrated brand & go-to-market campaigns, but also empower local marketing teams to craft strategies tailored to their unique markets. You will act as both a strategic translator and local enabler.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with HQ brand and go-to-market teams to fully understand global campaigns, product priorities, and messaging frameworks.
Effectively cascade HQ marketing initiatives to regional teams, ensuring alignment while maintaining local flexibility.
Provide localized strategic guidance to regional teams based on market-specific insights, trends, and challenges.
Help develop and review local marketing plans, ensuring they align with global direction yet resonate with local audiences.
Support regional execution across various channels: social media, PR, community, paid media, influencer marketing, offline events, and partnerships.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to support regional growth initiatives.
Monitor, consolidate, and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs across markets.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or global role in Web3, fintech, or consumer tech.
Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing, including brand, social media, PR, performance marketing, and community building.
Experience supporting multi-country campaigns, with an ability to balance HQ direction and local relevance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
Proven ability to manage and influence without direct authority across diverse, multicultural teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Entrepreneurial mindset, cultural empathy, and a bias toward action.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with or within a crypto exchange or Web3 project.
Familiarity with EURO, APAC, MENA, or LATAM regional user behavior and marketing nuances.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
