MEXC is looking for a P2P & Fiat Marketing Manager to lead and execute global marketing initiatives focused on P2P trading and fiat-related services. The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, creative, and experienced in building user acquisition campaigns tailored to regional market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of P2P and fiat marketing campaigns across global markets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and maintain campaign trackers with 100% accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, design, and content teams to ensure smooth and aligned campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Design, test, and iterate marketing strategies based on user behavior, campaign results, and channel performance.
- Continuously explore new content angles, creative formats, acquisition channels, and messaging strategies.
- Benchmark competitors and propose innovative marketing ideas tailored to specific regional needs.
- Develop and implement localized marketing plans for diverse fiat markets (e.g., LATAM, MENA, CIS, SEA).
- Ensure regional alignment and localization of content by working closely with local BD teams.
- Maintain high content accuracy and cultural relevance using pre-launch reviews and standardized quality control checklists.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto or Web3 marketing, with direct exposure to P2P or fiat campaigns.
- At least 3 years of total marketing experience, with a strong track record in managing regional or global campaigns.
- Solid understanding of OTC and P2P products — this is a must.
- Strong cross-department communication skills — ability to work seamlessly with internal teams across functions and time zones.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, CRM platforms, campaign trackers) — a must.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset; capable of developing innovative campaigns while maintaining executional precision.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments; prior experience in global or remote teams is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability — ability to act as a true partner to product, business, and design teams.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
