What You Will Do:

We are looking for a highly structured and creative Product Designer to join our growing Marketing team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of web products that support our dynamic real estate business. You’ll be collaborating with fellow designers, creating scalable design systems, and balancing aesthetics with functionality and business impact.

• Design company websites and other digital resources.
• Generate hypotheses and proposals to improve key product metrics.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and UI components to ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all platforms.
• Create design guidelines, organise design files, develop adaptive versions, and ensure smooth handoff of web products to development.
• Enhance web products by balancing aesthetics, business objectives, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure design alignment with business and technical goals.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Strong logical and structural thinking, with the ability to process and organise large amounts of data.
• Proven experience designing web-based products or services, with a solid UI portfolio showcasing real-world work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, especially in working with UI Kits, Auto Layout, and Components.
• Confident in creating responsive/adaptive layouts for various screen sizes and handing off designs to development.
• Deep understanding of design principles, including grid systems, spacing, visual hierarchy, and colour theory.
• Comfortable working independently — able to manage workload, estimate effort accurately, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work from a blank slate and iterate quickly based on feedback and business requirements.
• A balance of creative sensibility and systematic thinking, with the ability to prioritise functionality when needed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and receptive to constructive feedback.
• A proactive team player with a mature, solution-oriented mindset.
