Senior Project Manager (Bilingual – Korean/English)

We are seeking a senior-level project leader to oversee all aspects of large-scale industrial projects, from pursuit through closeout. This role will serve as a key liaison with Korean partners, manage project start-up and execution, oversee subcontractor and safety performance, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and provide direction on schedule, budget, and construction methods.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact with Korean stakeholders and project partners
• Lead project start-up and ongoing management across all phases
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce safety standards
• Ensure quality, compliance, and project specifications are consistently met
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and overall project delivery
• Provide guidance on construction execution strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or related fields
• Background working with Korean EPC firms; US construction experience strongly preferred
• Project exposure in sectors such as semiconductors, EV batteries, pharmaceuticals, or advanced manufacturing
• Fluency in Korean and English (required)

Travel Requirements:

• Candidates may live anywhere in the US but must be able to travel extensively (up to 85%) and be based on project sites across North America for extended durations.
