This position offers relocation support. It is an on-site Project Manager position with travel across North Carolina.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead substation construction projects. This is an on-site position with travel around North Carolina and it's surrounding states.

You will manage all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, productivity, and profitability, while building a strong team and driving innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and developing client relations, project supervision, scheduling, budgeting, and handling change orders.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in heavy or utility construction
• Prior substation project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and safety
• Regional travel required
