Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

Metric Geo are currently partnered with one of the leading General Contractors in the nation as they hire a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead the continued expansion of their Multifamily Divisions.

Our client has an incredibly strong reputation in the industry for delivering large-scale projects across a diverse range of verticals including multifamily, industrial warehouses, automotive, cold storage, and manufacturing.

You will be tasked with overseeing projects and supporting the growth of the division.

Suitable candidates will have the following experience:

• Leadership experience on large-scale Multifamily projects.
• Experience building teams.
• Prior experience with General Contractors.
• Willingness to travel.

Salary range is dependent on experience, however you will receive a competitive total compensation package, plus benefits and ESOP.
