Sales & Marketing Director

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to join our leadership team and help shape the next phase of our growth. This is a pivotal role for someone with proven experience building high-performing pipelines, winning new business, and strengthening market presence in a complex and highly regulated industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and lead our go-to-market strategy across core product lines in RF detection, surveillance solutions, and bespoke sensor systems
- Build and nurture a sustainable sales pipeline, with a strong focus on long-term client relationships across government, defence primes, and security sectors
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations to align market feedback with strategic direction
- Lead the collaboration with our outsourced marketing and PR agency, ensuring campaigns align with business activity and strategic goals
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings — becoming a trusted face of our mission and capability
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience in a sales leadership role within the defence/security sector
- A strong understanding of the UK and international defence landscape, procurement cycles, and key players
- Proven ability to develop and convert multi-million-pound pipelines and secure repeat business
- Innovative approach to B2B marketing, sales enablement, and customer engagement
- Exceptional communicator, confident engaging at C-level and across technical audiences
- A strategic thinker who is equally hands-on when needed
