We’re partnering with a high-growth, profitable, product-led tech company to hire a Head of Marketing to drive the next phase of growth through paid acquisition and performance marketing.
This role will work closely with executive leadership to scale acquisition, optimize efficiency, and build a high-performing marketing engine across paid and organic channels.
What You’ll Own
- Paid Acquisition Strategy: Own and scale paid media across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
- UGC & Creative Strategy: Develop and optimize UGC-driven campaigns to improve engagement, CTR, and CAC
- Analytics & Performance: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track performance, identify high-value segments, and improve efficiency
- Experimentation: Continuously test new ad formats, creative approaches, landing pages, and SEO strategies
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing marketing team while partnering cross-functionally with product and finance
- Growth Optimization: Balance acquisition with retention and monetization to drive sustainable growth
What They’re Looking For
- 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years leading performance/growth marketing
- Strong experience in paid acquisition (SEM + paid social), especially for consumer apps, DTC, or e-commerce
- Proven success scaling paid channels while maintaining efficient CAC and ROI
- Deep experience with UGC-driven creative strategies (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience managing meaningful budgets (e.g., $2M+ paid search or $250K+ paid social)
- Background in startup environments with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving teams
- Experience scaling organic growth (SEO/content) is a plus
- Strong leadership and ability to partner with executive stakeholders
