Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Messold Technologies, you’ll be responsible for creating and pitching impactful strategies tailored for e-commerce clients, driving their success across digital platforms and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive strategies for e-commerce brands, focusing on marketing, branding, sales funnels, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to create tailored solutions for each client.
- Design ROI-driven strategies that aim to scale clients’ e-commerce businesses.
- Experienced in developing strategic social media plans to enhance brand visibility, with a keen understanding of content that engages audiences effectively.
Client Engagement:
- Present and pitch strategic plans to clients, clearly outlining the roadmap, expected outcomes, and measurable results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by addressing queries and delivering value-driven solutions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure strategies are executed flawlessly.
- Provide constructive feedback to teams to optimize campaign performance and deliverables.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Identify improvement areas based on data insights and client feedback to refine strategies for better outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in scaling Indian e-commerce brands/ D2c brand, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Hands on experience in scaling social media to boost visibility and engagement for Indian e commerce brands online
- Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on driving results for Indian e-commerce businesses.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities for client pitches.
- Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands or startups.
