GTM Engineer – AI SaaS – $200k OTE + Equity – Remote (North America)

They’re hiring a GTM Engineer to launch growth experiments, build internal tools, and collaborate directly with the product team to shape a category-defining platform.

Location: Remote (must be based in North America)

Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

OTE: $180,000 – $200,000 (base + $60,000 commission)

Equity: Generous early-stage options

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Launching and testing GTM strategies using the product itself
• Building low-code and no-code tools to accelerate sales and marketing teams
• Partnering with engineers to turn proven tactics into productized features
• Creating and documenting repeatable GTM playbooks for customers
• Owning fast experimentation across data, process, and tooling

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years in a Growth, RevOps, or GTM Engineering role at a SaaS company
• Proficient in SQL, APIs, and platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake
• A hacker mindset—you ship MVPs fast, test relentlessly, and iterate based on results
• Strategic thinking and the ability to balance scrappy execution with long-term vision
