Data Scientist

This is a W2 position only*

Long-term Contract

• Bachelor or Master Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science or another quantitative field

• 8 years of experience building quantitative models for Bachelor degree or 5 years for Master degree

• Experience with data cleaning and validation

• Experience using programming languages to manipulate and draw insights from large data sets

• Knowledge of Machine learning models (Classification, clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, regression etc.)

• Knowledge and real-world business applications of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, distributions, statistical test and proper usage, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques

• Demonstrated ability with cloud infrastructures such as GCP and Azure

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Interpretation of client needs, assessment of requirements, and identification of solutions to nonstandard requests

• Desired :

• Experience with real-world and messy data

• Experience with Energy Industry

• Experience with ML work at scale

• Experience with Azure or other cloud
