Are you a software engineer with a passion for renewable energy and cutting-edge automation? We’re looking for a talented, experienced developer to join our growing team and help shape the future of sustainable energy systems. In this role, you’ll design and implement scalable software solutions using Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform, working alongside a dynamic group of engineers dedicated to innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop custom Ignition modules and reusable components to enhance platform capabilities.
• Architect robust SCADA systems that integrate seamlessly with renewable energy and energy storage technologies.
• Build emulators and automated tools to streamline the configuration and testing of Power Plant Controllers and related systems.
• Design user-friendly HMIs and operational dashboards.
• Configure embedded Linux environments for industrial deployment.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate software with hardware and business systems.
• Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in software development, with at least 2 years of Ignition platform experience.
• Strong skills in Java, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with the Ignition SDK and custom module development.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA, DNP3).
• Background in modern development practices (CI/CD, TDD, DevSecOps).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
