Your Role: As our Data Scientist, you'll architect and deploy AI systems that process vast health research, personalize recommendations, and democratize wellness knowledge globally. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Build

AI Model Development:

• Design Transformer-based architectures using Attention Mechanisms and NLP techniques
• Implement Fine-Tuning with LoRA and QLoRA for LLaMA, BERT adaptation
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with Vector Search
• Develop Sentence Transformers for semantic similarity

Vector Search & Databases:

• Build Vector Databases using FAISS, Milvus, and HNSW algorithms
• Implement Approximate Nearest Neighbor (ANN) search at scale
• Optimize vector indexing for millions of documents

Model Evaluation & Classical ML:

• Design evaluation with ROC-AUC, Precision-Recall, PR-AUC metrics
• Build Ensemble Models: Bagging, Boosting, Random Forest, XGBoost
• Apply K-means Clustering and understand Bias-Variance Trade-off
• Implement Gradient Boosting for structured data

MLOps & Production:

• Deploy with MLOps using MLflow for tracking
• Implement Model Monitoring and Drift Detection
• Optimize inference: ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, vLLM
• Build FastAPI services with LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Manage ETL pipelines using Apache Spark

Required Skills

Core: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas

NLP: Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT frameworks, Attention Mechanisms, BERT, LLaMA

Vector/RAG: FAISS, Milvus, HNSW, ANN algorithms, RAG systems

ML: Evaluation Metrics, Ensemble Methods, XGBoost, Clustering, Bias-Variance

Location & Work Arrangement

• Location: Remote within India (or Bangalore/Mumbai office if preferred)
• Time Zone: Flexible, with some overlap with US team for collaboration
