ROLE SNAPSHOT

Location/Schedule: Remote-first (India, with some U.S. overlap hours), Full-Time
Purpose: Transform data into products and insights that reshape global health, sustainability, and wellness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architect and maintain real-time pipelines for multimodal health, commerce, and product data.
Build knowledge graphs linking biological, demographic, and product signals.
Apply Bayesian modeling, causal inference, and predictive analytics to uncover insights.
Translate research into production-ready APIs, services, and dashboards.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and science to deliver breakthroughs in health, agriculture, water, and packaging.
Support sustainability initiatives by modeling supply chains and optimizing farm and feed data.
Generate publishable research and manuscripts through automated pipelines.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Proven end-to-end impact with large-scale ML/data pipelines.
Fluency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, streaming frameworks, orchestration tools, and graph databases.
Expertise in Bayesian modeling, causal inference, and probabilistic programming.
Strong grounding in software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
Clear communication skills; ability to translate complexity for business leaders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with biomedical, health, or consumer datasets.
Graph ML, bandits, or reinforcement learning for personalization.
Familiarity with mobile growth analytics and App Store/Google Play optimization.
