About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned and visionary Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing to help launch a new affiliate initiative that will complement our existing brands and unlock future growth. As Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing, you will work closely with the executive team on this initiative, while leading and growing our affiliate marketing strategy to drive performance growth across selected eCommerce properties.
This individual will be responsible for building and scaling an innovative, high-performing affiliate program aligned with business objectives, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration with overall marketing efforts. You will bring a data-driven mindset, deep channel knowledge, and a proven ability to grow and expand relationships that lead to concrete results, directly delivering both revenue and new customer

Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue, customer acquisition,
- and ROI.Own the vision and roadmap for the affiliate channel, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and busine
- ss goals.Identify and pursue new partner categories, long-tail opportunities, and scalable grow
- th paths.Evaluate and onboard new technologies, platforms, and partners to continuously improve program efficiency and reach.
Affiliate Program Management
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, influencers, and strategic
- partners.Identify and recruit high-value affiliates that align with our brand and target
- audience.Monitor daily performance metrics and provide regular analysis and reporting to stak
- eholders.Develop commission structures and promotional strategies that incentivize strong affiliate performance.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Integration
- Partner closely with internal teams to align campaigns, track performance, and meet customer experience standards. Collaborate with broader organization to ensure cohesive messaging and cross-channel synergy.
- Turn Data into Strategy
- Create and maintain reports that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities across all affiliate
- efforts.Define KPIs, set clear performance goals, and regularly report progress to stakeholders.
- Use affiliate data to inform strategic decisions—including partner prioritization, commission structure, and campaign timing.
- Monitor and incorporate industry trends, competitive movements, and regulatory shifts affecting affiliate performance.
- Build and manage the affiliate marketing budget, with flexibility to test new platforms, partners, and technologies.Collaborate closely with the executive team to align on strategic goals, influence cross-channel planning, and shape both short-term tactics and long-term growth paths.
Qualifications
- Required:10+ years of experience in performance marketing with a deep focus on affiliate channels, ideally within the eCommerce space.
- Proven track record of leading successful, scalable affiliate marketing strategies that significantly contributed to revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Rakuten), and attribution models.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills; experience managing internal/external relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Superior negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) company; Familiarity with influencer, ambassador, or referral marketing programs.; MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
