I'm partnering with a highly regarded early-stage venture capital firm that's investing in some of the most exciting founders shaping the future.

As the firm continues to grow, they're looking for a versatile professional to work closely with two Managing Partners, helping drive the business forward while playing a central role across the wider firm.

This is far more than traditional executive support. You'll be a trusted partner, bringing structure to a fast-paced environment, anticipating what's needed before it's asked, and ensuring the business operates seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complex calendars, competing priorities and executive schedules
• Coordinating domestic and international travel and logistics
• Overseeing day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships
• Planning and delivering events, from intimate investor dinners to larger firm-wide gatherings
• Managing CRM platforms and improving internal systems and processes
• Building relationships with founders, investors and senior stakeholders across the firm's network
• Supporting strategic projects and helping drive operational initiatives across the business

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years' experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within Venture Capital, Private Equity, Financial Services or a high-growth start-up
• Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to anticipate needs, juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and the confidence to take ownership
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at every level
