We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in development and coding to lead multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilitie

sLead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional Waterfall models where applicable
.Act as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Product Owner when needed
.Provide hands-on technical leadership, especially on projects built on C#, .NET Core/Framework, and SQL
.Facilitate all agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
.Create and maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
.Mentor and lead development teams of 10 member
sIdentify and mitigate project risks and ensure quality standards are met
.Champion Agile best practices while being flexible to project requirements
