As Lead Product Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design of our product, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll shape every touchpoint — from onboarding to long-term use — blending user empathy with data-driven optimization.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to run experiments, design delightful experiences, and scale our impact for users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead design across the full user journey — from ideation to implementation.
- Optimize key growth areas: onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention.
- Conduct user research to deeply understand users’ needs and pain points.
- Run A/B tests, experiment rapidly, and use behavioral insights to refine designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align priorities and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System for consistency and scalability.
- Balance speed with thoughtful design — knowing when to iterate vs. invest deeply.
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- 5+ years of B2C mobile product design experience, with clear impact on growth or engagement metrics.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two growth levers: onboarding, conversion, activation, or retention.
- Proven ability to drive design decisions with A/B testing, behavioral psychology, and data.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable results.
- A deep understanding of user motivations, decision-making, and behavioral design.
- Ability to balance fast experiments with long-term product vision.
- Excellent collaboration skills — from Figma to dev handoff to product roadmaps.
