We’re looking for a Product Designer with a keen eye for detail, strong UX thinking, and expert-level Figma skills to help us craft delightful and impactful learning experiences.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Design intuitive, engaging, and beautiful user interfaces.

  • Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.

  • Work closely with product and engineering to ship features that improve learning and retention.

  • Approach design with empathy, always keeping the user’s perspective in mind.

  • Contribute to product direction with ideas grounded in UX best practices.

  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively bring new ideas to the team.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer (3 years in graphic design and 2 years in product design).

  • Mastery of Figma: components, variables, auto layout, text styles, responsive design, and 2025 best practices.

  • Strong experience with design systems and component libraries.

  • Excellent UX skills and ability to empathize with users.

  • Outstanding visual design — you make interfaces not just usable, but beautiful.

  • Proactive, reliable, and have good communication skills.

  • Proficient in English.

Nice to have:

  • Background in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with gamification or habit-forming features.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and image generation.

  • Experience in consumer mobile apps.

  3. Tech interview with CEO and Head of Product Design (up to 1 hour): Sum up the information about the candidate, detailed сase approach to identify experience and core competencies, discussion of the completed task.

  4. Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.

  5. Final Interview with CEO and Head of Product Design (up to 30 minutes): Summarize experience and assess alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

  6. Offer call (30 min): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
