We are seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager (Contract) to support growth across the Japan market. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B marketing professional fluent in Japanese and English, with strong expertise in integrated demand generation, campaign management, and partner marketing within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional marketing plan for Japan across digital, events, social, email, advertising, and communications.
- Partner closely with local sales, SDRs, partners, and solution engineers to align marketing priorities with business goals.
- Optimize lead generation, nurture programs, and ensure effective follow-up with sales teams.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate events (industry and company-driven).
- Drive partner marketing initiatives with channels, advisories, and technology alliances.
- Manage agencies and coordinate translation/localization for Japanese market content.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt campaigns for local relevance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in APAC, preferably in information security, software, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in demand generation, integrated marketing campaigns, event management, and partner programs.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Experience with digital and social media marketing (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal) as the role would be covering the Japanese market.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
