About You

You’re a driven and passionate designer with a knack for creating clean, intuitive, and impactful designs. You enjoy working within a product team to bring new features to life while also building scalable systems that speed up delivery. You have experience setting design standards and turning crude wireframes into polished screens that improve conversion and user delight. You’re proactive, able to recognize problems, spot patterns, and propose improvements.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be:

Developing and maintaining Memora’s visual identity and design system in Figma.
Building reusable components and layouts to accelerate product development.
Designing front pages and product flows that directly improve funnel conversion.
Creating graphics and visuals that elevate trust, sales, and brand presence.
Collaborating closely with engineers and CPO to build and deploy features quickly.
Testing, iterating, and refining designs based on user behaviour and data.
Documenting design decisions for transparency and future scaling.

Requirements:

Strong experience as a digital designer (UI, UX, or visual) with a portfolio of shipped work.
Mastery of Figma and component-driven design.
Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and conversion principles.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineers in agile product teams.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
