The Senior Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager to activate creative initiatives across owned and paid marketing channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop creative briefs and ideas for paid social content, email campaigns, and website assets
- Support the implementation of the ecommerce marketing calendar activations – promos, ecomm updates, email & SMS marketing
- Manage the progress of multiple marketing campaigns and their corresponding deliverable deadlines including email, SMS, and paid social
- Implement and deploy email and SMS campaigns in email marketing software (i.e. Attentive & Klaviyo)
- Develop end-of-campaign reports for priority promotions, campaigns, and activations
- Execute website updates in Shopify including but not limited to launching new product detail pages, site-wide promotions, and making homepage revisions
- Support paid campaigns (currently: Meta, TikTok, Search) with the development & hand-off of creative assets
- Ability to analyze basic marketing metrics and develop recommendations for future marketing campaigns or activations
- Be the go-to expert for Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and other marketing software platforms as-needed
- Support marketing needs across all retailers including: brand launches, new product launches & always-on marketing initiatives
- Analyze competitor and market trends, developing relevant implications based on findings or insights
- Develop comprehensive understanding of Megababe products & key selling points/differentiators
- Stay up-to-date on channel best practices and research the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience across a combination of ecommerce, channel and/or paid social marketing
- Experience in Shopify
- Email/SMS platform expertise (ie Klaviyo or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines; excellent written and verbal communication; exceptionally detail-oriented and organized
- Desire to be a key player on a small team within a start-up environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with ecommerce support tools (loyalty programs, subscription platforms, review engines etc)
- Experience working in the beauty/CPG industry
