Senior UX/UI designer

As our Senior UX/UI designer you'll own the look and feel of everything our members touch - from the first landing page they land on to the app screens where the magic happens. You'll turn fuzzy ideas into clean, intuitive, beautiful interfaces that make people want to come back.

We're an AI-first team, and that includes design. You'll work in Figma, but you'll also lean hard on tools like Claude Design to move from concept to polished screens faster than a traditional workflow ever could. We want someone who finds that exciting and has already made AI a real part of how they design.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Product & UX design

- Own end-to-end design for our apps and websites, from first concept to shipped screens

- Turn business goals and user problems into clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes

- Design intuitive experiences across onboarding, activation, and everyday use

- Map and smooth out friction points in core user journeys

UI & visual craft

- Create clean, modern, on-brand interfaces that feel effortless to use

- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components

- Keep quality high and consistent across mobile and web

AI-first workflow

- Use Figma alongside AI design tools like Claude Design to go from idea to high-fidelity fast

- Find and integrate new AI tools that make our design process sharper and quicker

- Prototype and iterate at speed, then ship

Collaboration

- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to ship features that actually work

- Take feedback well and iterate quickly

- Partner with the team to test, measure, and improve what you've shipped

WHAT WE EXPECT

Essential:

-At least 3 years of experience designing for apps and/or web

-A strong portfolio that shows real product thinking, not just pretty screens

-Mastery of Figma

-AI-first mindset - you already design with AI tools and want to push this further

-Experience designing for both mobile and web

-Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, design systems, and visual craft

-Self-starter mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do

-Attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight

-Fluent in English (written and spoken)

-Ability to work from our office in Ljubljana city centre

Bonus points:

-Experience with prototyping and motion design

-Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) and how designs get built

-Previous startup experience (especially early-stage)

-Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch

-You are based close to Ljubljana (or willing to move)
