The MeetMinded team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. We're expanding our marketing team and looking for a hands-on, self-organised person who can hit the ground running across multiple marketing channels. We are looking for a full time long term member.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

What you'll be doing:

– Supporting and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels

– Creating and testing content across social media platforms

– Tracking performance and turning data into clear recommendations

– Running tests, spotting opportunities, and bringing ideas to the table

– Assisting with email marketing campaigns

– Working closely with the rest of the marketing team to keep things moving

– Jumping in where needed and figuring things out as you go

What we expect:

– Solid understanding of digital marketing channels

– Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

– Self-starter, organized, proactive, and results-oriented

– Fluent English

– Bonus points if you have a background in social media, video editing, or content creation
