Senior Software Engineer

Summary:

Meet is partnered with a medical technology company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support and evolve its digital health platforms. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining and improving backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and device integrations. The ideal candidate is a curious and self-driven engineer who enjoys solving complex problems.

Hybrid in the Los Angeles area or remote for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance ASP.NET/C# front-end and backend services, APIs, and system integrations
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to boost productivity
• Build and support DevOps processes to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues across cloud platforms and connected devices
• Author and maintain clear technical documentation and SOPs
• Participate in Agile workflows such as Scrum or Kanban
• Support healthcare compliance efforts, including HIPAA and SOC 2
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to solve problems and ship features

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field
• Proficient in C# .NET back end and Angular or React front end
• Strong experience with AWS
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments
• Familiarity with HL7 v2, FHIR, or other healthcare data standards
• Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and best practices for privacy and security
