Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an experienced, organized, motivated, and passionate Front-End Engineer to join our team of talented and inspiring developers in a fast-paced environment.

As a Front-End Engineer, you'll work on new, exciting projects with complete autonomy. We're seeking a candidate who is passionate about building new applications from the ground up and who will join a growing team in developing products that enable providers to deliver high-quality services to their patients.

As a Front-End Engineer, you will:

Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to develop and maintain responsive single-page applications using React.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Optimize application performance.
Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries.
Write clean, well-documented code that is scalable and maintainable.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Keep up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
Work closely with product managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
Collaborate with UI/UX designer to ensure designs are technically feasible and user-friendly.
Understand how code fits into broader technical and/or business contexts.
Actively participate in code review and technical design reviews.
Work on medium to large projects.
Participate in all system/component implementation and design from development to production.
Research new technologies and prototype new ideas.
Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.
Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and fix defects in software.
Participate in building Scrum processes and agile culture within the company.

Please apply if you have:

Minimum 4 years of Front-End Engineering experience,
Strong knowledge and experience in front-end technologies, particularly React, Typescript, and Javascript.
Experience working with Redux-toolkit for state management.
Experience with integrating Restful APIs and WebSockets.
Proficiency in MUI for creating visually appealing and responsive designs.
Desire to write clean and reusable code to maintain high code quality.
Ability to use Figma for creating Pixel-Perfect implementations.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Perfect English skills, both written and oral.
Residence in central Istanbul.
