Part-Time | Remote (USA)
Summary Of Position
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the company to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Job Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding of our brand, marketing, and communication principles, coupled with a strong commercial drive and the ability to deliver high-value marketing activities
- Develop annual marketing strategies and plans that ensure the company meets key business targets
- Develop integrated campaigns and communication activities with an increasing focus on digital, social, and content marketing
- Develop engaging educational content regarding our products and services aimed at teaching both healthcare executives and industry partner sales teams
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, create social media content, and nurture followers
- Create content for our website and monitor and report on website performance
- Analyze campaign metrics and adjust future strategies accordingly
- Manage the annual marketing budget and report and track return on investment
- Maintain an awareness of our industry, market developments, and competitor activities and bring new ideas into the business
- Attend industry events as directed by the management team from time to time, organizing stands and materials
- Act as an ambassador for the company at all times
- Perform any other duties related to the promotion of our products as directed by the management team from time to time
- Actively contribute to and participate in professional development opportunities afforded by the company
- Promote the values and behaviors expected of the business at all times

Experiences And Skills
- Marketing or related business/communications college degree is desirable
- Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience
- 3-5 years minimum of experience in B2B marketing with the ability to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Strong proficiency with creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- 2-3 years of experience managing Email Marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, or similar email automation platform
- 1-2 years of experience with Event Marketing campaigns, tradeshow booth and material production
- Strong proficiency in creating and managing website content via WordPress and Elementor.
- Experience in managing outsourced teams to produce and maintain PPC and SEO campaigns to achieve marketing and sales objectives
- Experience using and managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Experience with PipeDrive or other CRM software
- Experience with core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Video marketing experience a plus
